All orders will be shipped out internationally from Japan where items were manufactured. Duties are included in price.

+WE DO NOT OFFER SATURDAY DELIVERY.

+Tracking info will be available upon request. Shipping company will leave delivery notice if no one is available at time of delivery. Please contact the carrier by calling the contact phone number on delivery notice. If you fail to contact carrier, package will be return to v-room.online and it will be considered as REFUSAL OF DELIVERY.

+Make sure to double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order. V::Room /12lbs inc. is unable to reroute packages. 

+Once V::room /12lbs inc.  has released the merchandise to the carrier, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise

+Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or delayed, we will notify you via email. 

REFUSAL OF DELIVERY:

If you refuse delivery of any package from v-room.online, our default carrier will return the package to our warehouse and you will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid, less the round trip costs for shipping to your address and returning back to v-room.online. Shipping Fee is Non- Refundable.

We accept return only for the damaged item. If you wish to return items for any other reasons, we will offer store credit for future use with 2years exparation date.

WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER ONCE APPROVED. PLEASE SHIP BACK TO INDICATED ADDRESS BY TRACKABLE SHIPPING SERVICE. ITEMS PURCHASED FROM v-room.online MAY BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN IF SHIPPED BACK WITHIN 20 DAYS. PLEASE NOTE: THE TIME PERIOD BEGINS WHEN THE SHOPPER RECEIVES THE ORDER. RECEIVED DATE IS ACCORDING TO TRUCKING RESULT.
